Welcome to Integrity Gymnastics!

We are so excited you chose Integrity as your new gym family! By completing this form, your child has been enrolled in the classes you have selected, and is ready to start this week!

Students should come to class with hair pulled up and in a leotard or athletic apparel. Gymnasts will participate in class barefooted.

Your first months tuition will be prorated according to the number of classes remaining this month and a registration fee will be charged to hold your spot. From there, tuition is drawn monthly and only requires a 30 day written drop notice (email) Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
