Description: Parent will guide and assist child through fun gymnastics stations and obstacle courses. Gymnasts will be introduced to skills on all apparatuses; including jumps, rolls, handstands, swings, and walking on beam. One parent per student, please.

Toddler 100
Age: 2 years old – 3 years old Duration: 30 min Prerequisite: None Ratio: Around 5:1 Description: This class is for two year-old children that are ready to enter the gym without a parent. Gymnasts will be introduced to gymnastics skills using obstacle courses. Skills included are rolls, handstands, swings, and walking on beam.

Pre School 101
Age: 2 1/2 – 4 years old
Duration: 45 min
Prerequisite: Mastery of Toddler 100 or 3 years old
Ratio: Around 7:1
Description: This class is for 3 and 4 year old beginners and 2 year old children who have mastered Toddler 100. Through the use of obstacle courses, gymnasts will work gymnastics skills; including rolls, headstands, cartwheel hops, basics on bars and beam.

Description: This class is for advanced beginners. Gymnasts will learn and practice skills, while moving through fun obstacle courses designed to build strength and flexibility. Skills included are rolls, handstands, cartwheels, rolling on bars and jumps on beam.

Prerequisite: Mastery of Pre School 102
Ratio: Around 8:1
Description: This class is for intermediate gymnasts. Using obstacle courses, students will work more advanced skills while focusing on technique, form, strength and flexibility. Skills include round off, bridge, kick over, pull over, cast, and lever on beam.
