In flexibility class, athletes will perform deep stretches reaching all important areas of the body. Athletes will also practice and strengthen their body positions in this class. Flexibility class is perfect for flyers or athletes who would like to work on their flexibility.
Intro to Cheer
Mondays 5:45-6:45 PM
In Intro to Cheer, athletes will learn the basics of cheer. This includes stretching, cheers, jumps, tumbling, and stunting. This class will briefly introduce each section of cheer to prepare the athlete for high school cheer or all-star cheer.
Strength & Conditioning
Mondays 6:45-7:30 PM
In strength & conditioning, athletes will perform a high-intensity workout to prepare them for the upcoming season, or to simply get stronger. In this class, we will exercise different parts of the body including arms, legs, abs, and more. Athletes will learn how to exercise through cardio workouts and find a steady pace.
Mondays 7:30-8:30 PM
Tuesdays 4:45-5:30 PM
In mini tumble, kids ages 3-6 will be learning the basics of tumbling. Athletes will be practicing tumbling forwards and backwards, learning the techniques of a cartwheel,
and we will have some fun stations during tumbling time. If your child has a forward roll and cartwheel, please enroll them in beginner tumbling.
Tuesdays 5:30-6:15 PM
Preschool cheer is the perfect class for kids ages 3-6 who are not yet ready to commit to our tiny novice cheer team, or for kids who would like to learn the basics of cheer. In this class, we will be practicing the basics of stretching, cheers and motions, jumps, tumbling, and stunting. If you feel like your child is prepared to join our tiny novice team, please contact Coach Lucy.
Tuesdays 6:15-7:00 PM
In jumps class, we will be drilling jump techniques and perfecting the aspects of a jump such as arm motions, leg placement, pointed toes, timing, and more. We will do specific stretches to help with certain jumps, and we will work on toe touches, pikes, hurdlers, double jumps, and triple jumps.

*Note: Our sessions run month-to-month. You can join at ANY time after an existing class has started – we prorate 1st month based on start date. Enrollment for all new classes is limited to 2 weeks prior to start date. All classes require 30 days written notice to withdraw.
