Advanced 500
Prerequisite: Mastery of Intermediate 400 or by Coaches Evaluation
Ratio: Around 10:1
Description: This hour class is for students who have mastered intermediate 400. This advanced class will focus on perfecting more advanced skills and starts preparing for team gymnastics. Some skills included are: pull over, back hip circle, backbend, kick over, roundoff, back handspring, handstand, and handstand on beam.
*Note: Our sessions run month-to-month. You can join at ANY time after an existing class has started – we prorate 1st month based on start date. Enrollment for all new classes is limited to 2 weeks prior to start date. All classes require 30 days written notice to withdraw.

Description: This 90 min class is for students who have mastered advanced 500. This class will focus on perfecting skills necessary for our competitive team. Some skills included are back hip circle, squat on, back walkover, roundoff, back handspring, aerial, and cartwheel on beam.
